SPIRIT MELLER, Architect
Spirit founded Sanct in 2016 and leads the firm's work. He brings a variety of professional experience to his work having led military aviation units, worked as a construction superintendent and carpenter, studied urban design and business, and been on a top design team for US Embassy projects at a nationally recognized architecture firm. He's been fortunate to be a leader on numerous business and military teams recognized as #1 in the nation and enjoys pursuing a culture of excellence. He spends time developing younger leaders and serving in the community. He is a former Chair of the Curry County Planning Commission. He values relationships, community, and making wonderful projects. When not working he can usually be found with his family at home on the ranch, surfing, and enjoying Southern Oregon's outdoors.
SIENA WORTHEY, Designer
Siena is a Brookings, Oregon native with a degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon. She studied Architecture, Urban Planning, and Interior Design with a focus on sustainable building practices. She specializes in the interior experience: the visual and physical aesthetic of place through finish materials, surface treatment and all the things that allow you to feel wonderful in the place. Siena values hard work above all else, she believes in taking advantage of every occasion to grow so that she serves our clients and her home in the best way possible. Serving the community that raised her is a dream come true, so she aims to creating special places that are meaningful, valued, and cherished for generations. When she's not at work you'll find Siena at home on the family ranch remodeling their house, hiking the beautiful PNW, camping on the Chetco River, and photographing the world.
LEVI SCHUBKEGEL, Designer
Levi brings a holistic approach to design, blending detailed architecture with thoughtful ecology to create spaces that help people feel connected to themselves, to each other, and to the natural world around them. He values simple, sustainable solutions and often draws on natural systems and traditional building methods to inform his work. For him, design is not just about making buildings, but about cultivating places that feel alive, rooted, and meaningful.
His creativity flows through many outlets; permaculture design + gardening, woodworking, watercolor, and music. Living on the Southern Oregon coast, Levi draws inspiration from the rhythms of the ocean, rivers, and forests, where he discovers the same sense of balance and harmony that guides his design process. He believes that the best projects grow out of respect for place and community, and he strives to carry that spirit into every design he creates.

ADAM LAWLER, Architect, LEED
Adam is a founding Partner of Ment Architecture and brings his team alongside us for certain projects. Adam is a phenomenal designer and great human being. He believes in reshaping the world into a place where people can flourish. He previously worked in construction and moved on to become an architect. He has been involved with the design of large aviation projects, luxury single family residences, office interiors, and a campus of buildings that will adhere to the world's most rigorous performance standard for buildings. Adam goes the extra mile to ensure a high quality design and a beautiful end product. When not working he can be found rock climbing, cycling, or traveling with family and friends.
MICHAEL NOLAN, Architect, LEED AP
Michael is a Certified Passive House Consultant and the founding Principal of Horizon Architecture. He is a broadly experienced architect and technical designer. He has worked with clients ranging from major universities and the federal government to individual homeowners. He is dedicated to environmentally responsive and responsible design as a cornerstone of his practice and design sensibility. Michael’s practice is based on integrity and excellence, values forged while serving as an officer and fighter pilot in the military. He is a blend of the best of team building, problem solving, and design. When not working he can be found playing with his kids, making something, or remodeling his home.
